PARISIAN BOUTIQUE COLETTE TO CLOSE ITS DOORS

The Colette concept store notorious for its blue dot logo is to shutter on the 20th of December. The temple of cool was founded 20 years ago by Colette Rousseaux and has been led by her daughter, Sarah Andelman, who just announced the decision to the boutique staff.

“As all good things must come to an end, after 20 wonderful years, Colette should be closing its doors on Dec. 20 of this year,” the store claims in a statement. However, the store is in talks with Saint Laurent to take over the location on Rue Saint-Honoré. “We would be proud to have a brand with such a history, with whom we have frequently collaborated, taking over our address. We are happy of the serious interest expressed by Saint Laurent in this project, and it could also represent a very good opportunity for our employees,” the statement added.

But Colette will continue to renew itself by updating its window displays and organising store events until their last day.

Au revoir, Colette.

"Keep Smiling" 😀 #Pez #colette
